Kokako Bird
I drew this Kokako Bird because two authors came to read a book to room67 and room8 and they read some other books too!
The book was called Tamanui Brave Kokako of Taranaki.
They told us about how long it takes to write a children's book - 11 to 10 months.
the south island Kokako bird has a orange stroke instead of blue.
The Kokako bird is endangered cause of rats and possums were eating Kokako birds ands Kokako bird's eggs
